大家對於老屋翻新有什麼樣的想法呢？

是不是跟我一樣既期待又怕受傷害呢？？？

噢不，別怕別怕~~沒有更好，只有最好，我們今天來看看別人家的翻新計畫吧~~

Janik Dalecki of Australian architecture firm Dalecki Design, has recently completed the renovation of a 100 year-old heritage listed home that included updating the facade as well as adding a modern extension.

Okay,看到上面那張圖你可能會說：這最好是老屋拉！不要騙人了！

不過這真真正正的是老屋呦~~！這是一棟在澳洲屋齡一百年的老屋~

澳洲的建築公司 Dalecki Design的設計師Janik Dalecki收到了這樣的一個委託，把百年的老屋古蹟內部翻新，並將外觀加上了一點現代時尚的元素

屋主希望能改造成一個充滿歡笑的地方，也同時適合年輕的家庭居住，從另一個角度來看，你可以看到新車庫以及時尚、暗色系的設計一路延伸到房屋的後方。

而在內部，室內設計以明亮、空氣感以及歡迎大家前往的氣氛為主，新廚房配備了全白的櫥櫃以及石頭材質的防濺板

而中島下方的全黑設計與黑色的窗框相互呼應

This new kitchen has white cabinets and a stone backsplash, while the island features a black base that ties in with the black window frames.

走到廚房的另一側是餐廳，挑高的天花板設計讓空間看起來更大、更為優雅

而兩側的落地窗設計讓室內與室外得以連結

The high ceilings make this modern dining room feel large and elegant, while the sliding doors on each side of the dining room open to outdoor spaces.

這是外面的樣子

從外面看進室內，以及從室內看到室外，可以看見長板凳以及一個小火爐的設計

This heritage home received a modern extension and the outdoor space off the dining room features a built-in bench and planters as well as an outdoor firepit.

再回到室內，廚房的另一側是連結到客廳的部分

客廳裡面保留了一些原本房屋的元素設計

例如火爐等等

This renovated living room has retained design elements from the original house, like the crown molding and original fireplace.

其他的房間當然也有重新改造過

像是主臥室以黑、灰、白為基底

This modern master bedroom, situated at the rear of the house has a simple palette of white and grey with black accents.

在窗戶旁邊也設計了木頭的座位，可以望著花園的景象

This modern bedroom has a wood framed window seat that overlooks the garden.

在主要的浴室裡，以大面積的灰色磁磚覆蓋牆面以及地板

玻璃分隔了淋浴以及白色懸空洗手台的空間

天窗的設計為室內增加了不少的自然光線

This modern master bathroom has a large grey tiles covering the walls and floors. A glass partition separates the shower from the white floating vanity, and a skylight adds plenty of natural light to the room.

另一個浴室之中，原本的火爐變成裝飾性質的設計

而其餘的部分設計成有大鏡子以及懸空的木質洗手台的設計

In this renovated bathroom, an original fireplace has been left as a design feature, while the rest of the bathroom has been updated with a large mirror and floating wood vanity.
